  • Do I need an FSA rating to join Propagrub?

    Yes, we need you to provide proof that you have met a minimum standard of food hygiene.

    We reserve the right to put your application on hold until you can obtain proof of your food hygiene standards.

  • Who delivers the food?

    You can pick between Propagrubs driver network (independent drivers, bike and scooter riders) or your own delivery drivers.

    Propagrubs drivers can be tracked in real time when they're delivering orders. Customers can also see and cooperate with our riders.

  • Can I send my own menu images?

    We recommend using high-quality images on your Propagrub menu. You can upload your own imagery for your menu. Propagrub also allows its chefs to upload a PDF menu, we encourage all our chefs to be as creative as possible!

    All images are reviewed carefully. 

  • How long does it take to become a partner?

    It’s possible to become an partner and start receiving orders in just a few days! You can begin the process by signing up on the chef portal or via the app.

  • How does pricing work?

    Propagrub has pricing parts:

    1. A service fee is calculated as a percentage of each restaurant order made through Propagrub (this starts at 5%)
    2. A £1 a day membership fee to run your own restaurant. This can be paid monthly or yearly.
  • Setting up

    All your information such as your: menu, availability times, pdf menu upload and more can be uploaded via the chef portal on the Propagrub website and app.
